How it works

  1. We read your Chula occupancy and publish a private /c/<token>.ics feed.
  2. You point Airbnb Calendar Import at that URL when you are ready to sync.
  3. Airbnb export iCal drives booking / cancel emails so you can mark Self Marketed in Chula.
  4. Optional: MIME-forward confirmations, date-change updates, and cancellations to Chula (exact email + short note).

Airbnb import can lag by hours. There is no Chula Self Marketed write API — humans still update the portal. Fail-closed: we prefer keeping a prior ICS over wiping it. Self-serve signups (when enabled) stay paused until an operator activates the account.
