Onboarding

1. Operator creates your tenant + listings (or lockoff group) and a customer login.
2. Sign in and confirm your ICS URLs on the dashboard.
3. Provide Airbnb EXPORT iCal URLs for booking emails.
4. Name each listing with the exact Airbnb title (listing detail → Exact Airbnb listing name).
5. When ready, add each ICS URL as Airbnb Calendar Import (Airbnb can take a few hours to catch up).
6. Optional Airbnb→Chula forward:
   • Opt in on your dashboard.
   • Save a Google app password for the dedicated Hosting inbox. Public inbox OAuth remains disabled until restricted-scope review is complete.
   • Separately connect the owner send mailbox (Connect Gmail for Chula sends) — the address Chula has on file.
   • Operator sets dry_run first, then live_cc with a staging To, runs exact-MIME proof, then switches To to real Chula.
7. Operator enables your subscription when billing is ready.

Lockoff: 2BR and 3BR can use Airbnb native listing link with each other; 1BR must import its own ICS separately.
