Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026. These Terms govern use of Chula Sync. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
Service
Chula Sync provides best-effort tools that read Chula Vista occupancy, publish private iCalendar feeds, process Airbnb calendar exports, send alerts, and—when you explicitly enable it—process and forward Airbnb reservation messages.
Your authority and responsibilities
- You must be authorized to manage every Chula Vista, Airbnb, and Gmail account you connect.
- You are responsible for accurate credentials, listing mappings, calendar review, and all booking, guest, payout, and Self Marketed decisions.
- You must protect account credentials and secret ICS URLs and notify us promptly of suspected access.
- You must not probe another tenant, disrupt the service, misuse third-party systems, or use the service unlawfully.
Third-party services and limitations
Chula Vista, Airbnb, Google, Railway, and email providers are independent services with their own terms and availability. Airbnb imports can lag for hours. Chula Sync does not write Self Marketed status into Chula, cancel guests, or guarantee that double bookings will not occur.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here and, when appropriate, require renewed acceptance.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for checking both booking systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chula Sync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from calendar delays, third-party failures, or use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request offboarding or deletion at any time. We may suspend access for security, nonpayment, misuse, or legal compliance.
